Are you a Vodacom rep? If so we will consider.

Communities tend to be guided less than individuals by conscience and a sense of responsibility. How much misery does this fact cause mankind! It is the source of wars and every kind of oppression, which fill the earth with pain, sighs and bitterness. (Albert Einstein, 1934)

Unless we have reps from the other providers here, that would seem to be preferential treatment - the gang will discuss, though.
Synapses - Thoughts on politics, religion, etc.
Free Society Institute - An  NGO dedicated to promoting free speech and secular values

Not a direct one no.  But I work in the industry and enjoy helping people where I can.  I actively partake in the Vodacom section in mybb should you want to check on my references  ;D

Will leave it in your hands.  I can perhaps also ask the official Vodacom Rep from mybb if he would like to sing on here and partake?  Not sure though as he has his hands full that side already.

Thanks for your offer ocle. We have started a debate among the mods and will let you know what the outcome is.
We do not want to accommodate one service provider more than another so we need to be extra sure we know what we want
to do.

Okie Dokie.   ;)

It is not really a question of accommodating Vodacom more.....its just up to them to partake.

Anyway...will wait for you guys to decide.  In the meantime...I will try and help where I can.  Just a note.  I am with Vodacom Service Provider Company and therefore can only assist with account queries for VSP etc.  Nashua and Autopage I can not assist with.

Don't say the word Autopage so close to me - makes me  :(
My HSDPA is "with" them - I have so much kak with my connection man - it keeps
on disconnecting by itself but the connection is still "active"

If you look at the usage and activity meter the down just stays at 0 kb - and nothing responds.

What could it be?

And and it does this:

Most of the times when I get to my PC and try to connect I get a connection and everything, but again from the instant it connects it does not receive 1 bit down from the network. Then I disconnect, reconnect then whalla - it works. Please explain this to me?

Good to know. Impress me and in about 10 months I'll move all my business over to Vodacom. Only have this corporate stick my company gave me, but my wife's 3g and both our phones are on MTN - and they make me want to barf (Autopage MTN to make it even more sickening - the kuk service they give).

MTN stole like R2000 from me - how do you like them apples?

I had the same problem.  I changed my DNS server settings as follows and it seemed to work:

Primary: 196.207.32.83
Secondary:  196.207.32.69

Give it a shot.

Nope - that didn't do the trick. I've fallen off like 10 times this morning already.
