Quote from: IMDB
The mortal son of the god Zeus embarks on a perilous journey to stop the underworld and its minions from spreading their evil to Earth as well as the heavens.

Last night I went to watch Clash of the Titans.

My feeling towards this movie is summed up by this: :/

I must admit that I don't know much about Greek mythology so I just took this movie at face value and it seemed to me to be a rather generic and wooden face.

It had the feel of an epic but all sorts of interesting avenues and relationships were not developed, instead everything that was not a fight scene just seemed like filler until the next battle.

The fights themselves were hard to follow sometimes, too much going on and hard to make sense of on occasion.

The acting was a bit all over the place - Sam Worthington (The chap from Avatar) who plays Perseus is to my eyes, not the most accomplished thespian I have ever come across.
There were some other rather good performances, but as a whole this movie fell a bit short for me.

6.13 / 10
